Larry L. Stephens is Professor of Mathematics at the University of Nebraska at Omaha, and has been on the faculty for more than 25 years. Lana C. Stephens is a Nurse Practitioner for Alegent Health Care in Council Bluffs, Iowa. She was Program Director for the Medical Assistants program at Iowa Western Community College and a research coordinator at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. Eizo Nishiura is Associate Professor Emeritus of Mathematics at Queensborough Community College in New York.
