Launched and other stories is a collection of short stories, about teenagers and for teenagers, by Motueka writer, Jillian Sullivan.

The stories centre on situations common in the lives of teenagers relationships, families, school, parties, love, death, thoughts of the future, and even snowboarding. These teenagers live in diverse family situations. Their stories are moving, humorous and always accessible. They will appeal to students from Years 9 to 13.

Study activities have been designed by English HOD Ewen Middleton to encourage individual close reading. Teachers and students will find the activities versatile and comprehensive.
