Product Information

Garrick Tremain spent 10 years working in advertising agencies in New Zealand, the UK and the Far East. He left advertising in 1969 and, along with his wife, spent two years driving through Asia, the Middle East and Europe. Eventually settling back in New Zealand, Tremain then established himself as one of this country's leading watercolourists. In 1988, driven by a desire to express his political opinions, Tremain began submitting a daily cartoon to his local newspaper for possible publication. Twenty years later, the body of work Tremain has accumulated is one of the most impressive this country has ever produced.
