Fiona Macdonald studied History at Cambridge University and at the University of East Anglia. She has taught in schools and adult education, and is the author of the numerous books for children on historical topics. Mark Bergin studies at Eastbourne College of Art and has specialised in historical reconstructions, aviation and maritime subjects for over 20 years. He lives in Bexhill-on-Sea with his wife and three children.
