The first series of Lupin was watched by 70 million households during its first month, becoming the most-watched non-English series on Netflix at the time.


In 2023, Lupin remains in the top 10 of 'Most Watched Non-English Language Series of All Time', with its first series clocking up 316,830,000 hours of watch time.

The character has also appeared in a number of books by other writers as well as numerous film, television, stage play, and comic book adaptations.
