The Government has plans to clean up the environment by closing down motoways, returning the roads to nature.... and unleashing an apocalypse of the dead.
Thirteen-year-old Scott Williams has been on the run with Avalon and DCI Dyer for the last six months trying to find the last gate before the Brothers of Albion do. Little do they know that someone, or something, was unleashed when the Dead Ways were first opened and is now gathering an army to fight them.
With few clues and little hope, Scott and his friends will be facing certain death unless they can find someone to help seal the Dead Ways once and for all.
Product Information
Christopher Edge grew up in Manchester but now lives in Gloucestershire. He has taught secondary English, worked as an educational publisher and co-ordinated with the National Strategies, writing materials to promote reading. Christopher's first novel The Dead Ways came out October 2011 with Catnip. He also has a younger series with Nosy Crow.
