This book contains some of the best recent photographs by members of the Photographic Society of New Zealand (PSNZ). It represents a unique vision of parts of our world as seen through the eyes of a particular group of photographers. 165 images were selected from hundreds submitted by a record 310 members. Some of the images in this book have received international awards, and many have received recognition in the PSNZ national and regional salons and in competitions run by clubs and socities affiliated to the PSNZ throughout New Zealand. Most of the photographs were made in New Zealand by New Zealand photographers. Thr book also includes images made by our members travelling abroad, and by some of our international members - from Australia, Japan and Canada.
