Adam Cole, part-time nerd and all-time astronomy buff, has won a chance to watch the launch of Polewind, a satellite that will study the eerie currents of Solar Wind. Adam has barely arrived at Mt Dauntless Launch Station when he hears about a terrorist group, God's Soldiers, who believe that space exploration is bad. Adam is soon involved in a struggle that leads all the way to Mission Control at Kennedy Space Centre. Will Adam be able to help? Or will the Space Shuttle Discovery and its crew be destroyed?
