On a beautiful crisp winter morning, Bear sets off up the mountain - because it's a perfect day for it! One by one his friends, Badger, Fox, Squirrel and Mole, unaware of the real reason for his expedition, follow him - tramp, tramp, tramp - up the mountain. Jan Fearnley is a hugely popular author and illustrator whose Mr Wolf picture books are much loved and have sold over 60,000 copies in the UK alone. She has written and illustrated several other picture books for Egmont, including Little Robin Red Vest, A Special Something and Just Like you. Jan lives in New Malden, Surrey.
