At the age of 15 Sean wood had had enough of teachers telling him what to do, so he left school to wash cars. From there he moved to selling cars, and from selling cars to being asked by one of his clients, TNT Skypak, to run their operations hub in Bahrain, Egypt, and New Zealand. Sean susequently set up and sold his own successful transport companies, developed a squash complex, and traded commercial propoerty. He then became one of New Zealand's top real estate agents for 12 years. However, he recognized that the real money was in doing it himsealf, so he decided to become a full-time property investor. In just 3 1/2 short years Sean bulit a property portfolio and was nicknamed The 15 Million Dollar Man by his peers. Since 2004 Sean has been a professional property investor, educator, mentor, and international consultant negotiating multi-million dollar deals.
