Richard Olsenius starts his search for insight into man's relationship with dogs in a remote hillside Kibbutz in Northern Israel. There, he examines the oldest fossil evidence of man's relationship with his dog. The Natufian man and his dog, Israel, 12,000 years old, were placed lovingly together in burial, the primitive man's arm out-stretched and resting on his trusty friend. It is a strong and lasting bond that has grown ever stronger over the last 15,000 years.
