Author description
Roger Hall (CNZM, QSO) is one of New Zealand’s most successful playwrights. He has also written scripts for radio and television, and for children. His plays have toured widely and have been performed at international venues; his biggest success the play Middle Age Spread that ran for 18 months in London’s West End and won the Laurence Olivier Award for Comedy of the Year (1979). Roger Hall has been the recipient of many awards and fellowships in recognition of his work. This is his second book with Scholastic NZ. About the Illustrator New Zealand-born writer and illustrator Errol McLeary now lives on the Gold Coast where he aims to focus only on projects that are dear to him.
