Dianne Wolfer is the author of fourteen books for teenagers and younger readers. Light Horse Boy can be read as a companion novel to Dianne's previous title, Lighthouse Girl, based on the true story of Fay Howe, daughter of the Breaksea Island lighthouse keeper, who relayed messages for the departing ANZAC troops.
