Author description

Dr Rosemary Stanton OAM (Order of Australia Medal) is one of Australasia's best-known nutritionists. Author of many scientific papers on various nutrition and public health topics, 31 books and over 3000 articles for magazines and newspapers, Stanton is a regular presenter on television, a frequent guest on radio programmes and a popular lecturer. Dr Andrew Hills is Associate Professor, School of Human Movement Studies, Queensland University of Technology. He has been President of the Australasian Society for the Study of Obesity, is a Fellow of Sports Medicine Australia and is Secretary-Treasurer of the International Council for Physical Activity and Fitness Research.
