Sue Culligan lives in the South West of France, where she runs her UK-based knitwear business, Kangaroo. Sue started out as a knitwear designer in 1981, selling her own hand and machine knits for children. She then started up her business, which is still going strong 29 years on. Sue currently writes the yarn review for Knitting magazine. She also runs a programme of workshops tutored by Rowan Design Consultants covering all aspects of knitting and crochet and holds regular knitting retreats for small groups in France.
