Principles Law NZ Business Stu

Author(s): Jeremy Hubbard & Cordelia Thomas & Sally Varnham

Principles of Law for New Zealand Business Students has been extensively revised to focus closely on the New Zealand Diploma in Business paper, 110 Introduction to Commercial Law. It will also be suitable for any introductory courses in business or commercial law, and for the course Introduction to Legal System for Legal Executives. The content is presented in a clear and stimulating way, with case studies and practical examples to illustrate the legal principles under discussion. Full referencing makes the book accessible and provides convenient signposting for readers. Included are a list of abbreviations, a table of cases, tables of New Zealand and overseas legislation, a glossary and an index. New To This Edition: The layout and pedagogy of the text have been improved by the addition of side text, extra sub-headings, chapter summaries and revision exercises, and my more frequent use of bullet points. A second colour has been added and the format size increased, to allow for clearer display and improved design features. Some material from the first edition has been deleted; new material has been added and the text has been reorganised so that its content is aligned more closely with the prescription for the New Zealand Diploma in Business.
